Small bikes, full gear, patient coaches
Kids motocross Dubai at the MX-Academy: children from age 4 ride small bikes in full protective gear, coached step by step at the DMX-Track Jebel Ali. Lower kids' prices apply up to the age of 12, in a group or in a private lesson.
Planning your trip from abroad? Kids motocross Dubai on mx-academy.com

If your child dreams of riding a motocross bike, the MX-Academy can make it happen from the age of 4. No previous experience is needed; most participants ride for the first time. A coach first shows how to sit and stand on the bike, where to put the feet and how to use throttle and brakes gently, and only then do the first laps begin.
Children can ride together with brothers, sisters or friends in a group of two or more, or have a coach to themselves in a private lesson. Lessons follow the child's pace in a relaxed, patient atmosphere. Parents who want to try it themselves can book their own lesson as well.

Safety starts with the right equipment. Every child rides in complete protective gear in kids' sizes, which you can rent at the track or bring along. The all-inclusive kids' packages include the bike, the gear and the coach, and fuel, water and the daily track fee are covered too, so nothing is missing on the day.
For the first laps there is a beginners' track at the DMX-Track Jebel Ali, where children can practise at their own speed. A coach stays with the young riders, explains each step and moves on only when it works. Riding without a coach is only possible for intermediate riders or with supervision, so for beginners the lesson with a coach is the normal way in.

A bike that matches the child's size is easier to control and builds confidence from the first metre. The youngest riders start on the small Yamaha PW50, and Torrot kids' bikes are also available. The next steps up are the Honda CRF70, then the CRF110 and CRF150 as your child grows.
You can also hire a kids' bike for extra practice under supervision. A Torrot kids' bike costs from AED 350 per hour, and there is a 10-hour package too; track fee, fuel and drinking water are part of the price. More models, adult bikes and the rules for renting are listed under dirt bike rental in Dubai.

The first lessons cover the same basics as for adults, explained in a way children understand: standing and sitting on the bike, braking, accelerating smoothly, placing the feet on the footpegs and looking ahead. Small groups mean every child gets individual attention until a skill works. Many beginners, young and old, learn their first basic jumps after one day.
Children who want more can keep going with regular lessons. Long-term training with a training plan helps young riders who dream of racing, and private packages of up to 15 hours give them steady progress with one coach. Enjoyment always comes first, then skill.

Kids' prices apply up to the age of 12 and are lower than the adult rates. The 30-minute introduction course in a group costs from AED 400 per child and is the easiest way to find out whether your child enjoys it. Longer group lessons and private packages are in the same AED price table as motocross training in Dubai, with a separate column for kids.
In the season the MX-Academy offers courses on all seven days of the week, so you can choose a date that fits school and family life. Email info@mx-academy.ch or reach the team by phone or WhatsApp with the date you would like; answers come in English or Arabic, with a confirmation or another date.
Lessons are held in Mina Jebel Ali (Exit 13) on the DMX-Track Jebel Ali, run with the track partner MX Ride Dubai. Drinking water and fuel are part of every kids' package and protective gear in kids' sizes is ready, so your child only needs to arrive rested and curious. If your child already owns a helmet, boots or other riding gear that fit well, bring them along.
Mention how old and how tall your child is when you book, so a bike of the right size is planned. If you are unsure whether your child is ready, the short introduction course is a good first try before you book a longer lesson.

No. Complete protective gear in kids' sizes is included in the lessons, and your child's own gear is welcome.
